The Klunzinger Wrasse is an exquisite wrasse from the Red Sea. Adorned with an aqua green body and maze like purple lines on the head and body this wrasse is guaranteed to entertain all.
Thalassoma wrasses have a good track record of easily adapting to the captive environment. Once acclimated they are known for being quite durable and long lived. Though they will not harm corals, Thalassoma wrasses eat invertebrates, so they are best kept in a fish only aquarium. Best to keep only one with larger semi-aggressive fish equal in size. Have plenty of live rock and lots of good hiding places and thick sandy substrate.
The wrasse will consume a wide variety of foods. Feed vitamin enriched frozen and dry foods. Train your wrasse to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellet Food for a healthy diet.
