The Yellow and Purple Wrasse is known as the Lemon Meringue Wrasse or Four Spotted Wrasse and is a small slender bi-color wrasse. Juveniles have a yellow top half and a white bottom half. Adults will become mostly all light purple.
The Yellow and Purple Wrasse is great for smaller reef tanks. Have plenty of live rock with good hiding places and thick sandy substrate. Members of this species can jump, make sure you have a snug lid on the aquarium. Will eat small invertebrates.
The wrasse will consume a wide variety of foods. Feed vitamin enriched frozen and dry foods. Train your wrasse to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellet Food for a healthy diet.
