Description
The Acropora Crab or Coral Crab is a small spotted reddish crab that lives among the Acropora Coral and has a symbiotic relationship with it. The Acropora Crab will feed on trapped food and waste of the coral, in return the crab will guard the coral from invaders.
The Acropora Crab requires a reef environment for its sanctuary. Provide host stony corals and peaceful tankmates.
Crabs are aggressive scavengers and will leave no stone unturned to seek food. Supplement their diet with algae, small meaty foods and pellet foods such as Ocean Nutrition Formula One Pellets.
