The Calico Shame Face Crab has a beautifully designed shell or body that is white with brownish splotches. It can conceal its legs in like a turtle and become a box.
The Calico Shame Face Crab is a good scavenger and will consume many types of smaller invertebrates, uneaten food and waste. Keep in friendly fish system with rubble and thick sandy substrate for hiding.
Crabs are aggressive scavengers and will leave no stone unturned to seek food. Supplement their diet with algae, small meaty foods and pellet foods such as Ocean Nutrition Formula One Pellets.
