Upside Down Jellyfish are found in warmer coastal waters like the Caribbean and Atlantic. As the name implies they live upside down. They are fairly small and range in colors from white, blue, green and brown.
Keep groups in a well-established tank with medium to high lighting and low to medium water movement. Have nice thick sandy substrate with no obstructions for free swimming. Use caution when handling, they can deliver mild stings that can be irritating to the skin.
The Upside Down Jellyfish uses photosynthesis and converts light to nutrients; they will also supplement with planktonic food.
