The Camel Shrimp or Dancing Shrimp is a humped back shrimp with a bright red color and white dots and lines throughout its body and has glowing large eyes.
The Camel Shrimp is a nocturnal scavenger shrimp and very active at night. Best to keep one male with a small group of females (males will have larger pinchers). House with peaceful fish such as tangs or clownfish with plenty of live rock for shelter. May nip a certain corals.
Marine shrimp are very resourceful in finding their own food but it will be necessary to supplementing their diet with small food pellets and flake food; also include minced meaty foods.
