The Heart Urchin or Sea Potatoe is a beige colored urchin with many woven fine spines that surround the round body.
The Heart Urchin is very slow moving and will burrow into the substrate for shelter. A single small mouth is used for filtering particles from the sand. Can be house in a well-established system with thick sandy substrate.
Starfish will feed on waste, small organisms, invertebrates and algae in the rock and substrate. Also supplement their diet with small minced meaty foods such as clams, squid and shrimp.
