The Black Velvet Angelfish or Grey Poma Angelfish is mostly all black except for the front of the head area which is a yellowish brown; the upper front portion of the body is shadowed in gray. The back end of the dorsal and tail fin have a yellow accent.
The Black Velvet Angelfish is a perfect intermediate level angelfish that can be kept with peaceful to semi-aggressive fish. The active Black Velvet Angelfish fish should be housed with plenty of live rock or ornamental structures for shelter. May nip at many types of corals.
