Description
The Clarion Angelfish comes exclusively from the Revillagigedo Islands (Mexico). Juveniles have at least five short neon blue vertical bands in the center body. Adults have mostly an orange shaded body. Adults have mostly an orange shaded body.
The Clarion Angelfish is exceptionally hardy and will acclimate quickly in your aquarium. Keep only one Clarion Angelfish per tank with plenty of swimming area and live rock for grazing and shelter. Will nip at corals and small invertebrates.
Feed a variety of vitamin-enriched foods; include marine algae and meaty foods as part of the diet. Consider Ocean Nutrition Formula One Pellets to provide the necessary protein and vitamins angelfish need.
