Description
The Fathead Sunburst Anthias is known as the Sunburst Anthias or Hawkfish Anthias. It has a slightly bulbous head and its body gradually becomes narrower toward the caudal fin. It has a radiant pinkish colored body with yellowish orange dots. Towards the head are more brightly lined highlights.
The Fathead Sunburst Anthias does best with lower lighting levels and peaceful tank mates. Keep only one Fathead Sunburst Anthias per tank or introduce small groups simultaneously. Have plenty of live rock with good shelter areas. This anthias will spend time perching on live rock and does not fare well with strong current.
Feed your anthias a varied diet, including small meaty frozen food such as mysis and enriched brine shrimp. Try to transition your anthias to Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets and Flakes 
for a healthy diet in order to maintain its brilliant colors.
