The Orbic Batfish has an orange brown half-moon body. Its large fin display gives a commanding presence.
This interesting Orbic Batfish is hardier than its relatives. Keep with other peaceful tank mates in a deep tank with lots of sheltered areas. More than one can be housed together. Will consume many types of invertebrates and some coral. As with all batfish they are is susceptible to ich. Treat with copper-based medication if needed.
Feed a varied diet of vitamin-enriched brine shrimp and other frozen meaty foods such as shrimp and scallop.
