Description
The Split Banded Cardinal is a small minnow shaped fished with five thin reddish horizontal stripes down its body; the eyes have neon blue highlights.
The Split Banded Cardinal is an opportunistic feeder and will eat bottom dwellers such as small crab’s and shrimps. House in a well-established peaceful fish only community tank. Keep in small groups if added to larger tanks simultaneously. Supply plenty of live-rock for cover.
Feed Cardinal fish a well-balanced diet including small meaty foods such as brine shrimp, mysis shrimp and krill.
