Description
The Darwin Ocellaris Clownfish has a beautiful jet black body with three white stripes or markings, one each around the head, midsection and tailfin.
Similar to the regular Ocellaris in behavior, they are fun to watch and can be kept in small groups with the most dominant one picking on the others. Have plenty of live rock with good hiding places for them.
The Darwin Clownfish is found naturally only in a confined geographic area around Darwin, North Australia, but thanks to breeding efforts, it is now readily available.
The clownfish is always a ravenous feeder and will eat almost all meaty and prepared foods. Make sure the food is small enough in size to fit into their mouths. Try Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets for a balanced diet.
