Description
The Pink Skunk Clownfish, or Pink Anemonefish has a pinkish body with some yellowing on the breast. It has a white vertical line behind the eyes and one that runs horizontally from the nose to the tail fin on top of the fish.
These are somewhat solitary Anemonefish and enjoy the security of an anemone, however they can thrive in captivity without one. They prefer Stichodactyla mertensii or Heteractis crisp in the wild. They may not show aggression with other Anemonefish of different body shape and color. Have lots of good shelter areas in live rock and a thick sandy substrate.
The clownfish is always a ravenous feeder and will eat almost all meaty and prepared foods. Make sure the food is small enough in size to fit into their mouths. Try Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets for a balanced diet.
