The Princess Damselfish or Ocellate Damselfish has a grayish to blue body with lighter orange tones on its upper half extending to the tail fin. A small black eyespot resides on the back of the dorsal fin.
The Princess Damselfish is a hardy, bright colored damselfish and great for the beginner aquarist. They can adjust in many types of environments if given adequate hiding spaces within the live rock. The Princess Damselfish is reef safe and peaceful but may show more aggression with age.
