The Springeri Damsel or Blue Sapphire Damsel has a blue body with a black marbleized pattern. They are relatively small fish but are very eye catching.
The Springeri Damsel is a very hardy fish that can be kept in groups if provided with plenty of live rock to establish territories. They will feed on many small organisms and this is beneficial in a reef environment. They are also invertebrate safe.
