Description
The Scooter Blenny has a small brown and white flaked body. Large pectoral fins are used to maneuver on hard surfaces. The males seem to display more color.
The Scooter Blenny is an excellent candidate for a well-established reef tank. It needs a steady diet of live organisms such as copepods and amphipods and small worms to survive. A refugium is recommended to establish this natural food source. One male can be kept with several females if introduced simultaneously. Keep with smaller docile tank mates. Scooter Blenny’s can be difficult to feed in the home aquarium.
