The Sulphur Head Moray Eel or Yellowhead Moray Eel has a distinguished yellow shaded head followed by a beige body with black spots through-out the length of the body. The mouth is narrow with sharp visible teeth.
The Sulphur Head Moray Eel is a voracious predator and should be only housed with larger aggressive fish. Provide large anchored live rock with underneath passages for shelter. This nocturnal predator may rest all day within the live rock. Housing one per tank is advisable due to their territorial nature. Will consume small fish and invertebrates.
Feed small silversides, shrimp and squid using a feeding stick in the evenings.
