Description
The Tassled Filefish or Leafy Filefish is a haunting fish that is camouflaged by its numerous leafy appendages jutting out of its bluish green body.
In the wild the Tassled Filefish uses its camouflage in weedy areas near reefs. It is a peaceful fish that will need a sheltered site in the tank.
Do not keep with pufferfish or triggerfish that may bite at its skin. The filefish will eat a variety of small meaty foods such as enriched brine shrimp and mysis shrimp; also include marine algae.
