Description
The Whitespotted Filefish or Clown Filefish has bright white spots covering its gray to yellow shaded body.
The Whitespotted Filefish makes a good find when available because there’re hardy and easy to care for. They should be kept in a friendly fish system with plenty of live rock for grazing and shelter. They are not suitable in a reef tank or with invertebrates.
The filefish will eat a variety of small meaty foods such as enriched brine shrimp and mysis shrimp; also include marine algae.
