The Bella Sand Sifting Goby or Valenciennea bella Goby has a reddish body with a yellow head; iridescent lines run across the eyes.

 

The Bella Sand Sifting Goby is a sand sifter and needs to be housed in a well-established system with plenty of live rock and thick sandy substrate. A refugium is a good addition and will supplement the tank with a good supply of live organisms for the Bella Goby to feed upon. House single or mated pair only with peaceful fish.
