Description

The Sharknose Goby or Yellow Line Goby has a small midnight blue body with bright blue and yellow horizontal lines down the body.

 

Much like the common Neon Goby, the Sharknose Goby will clean its tank mates of parasites.  Great for small reef tanks and can be kept in small groups in larger tanks.

 

It is not uncommon to have mated pairs spawn while in captivity. Eggs will be hidden in small openings in live rock and defended by both parents.

 

Its diet should include a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, live worms, and prepared foods for carnivores.
