Description
The Golden Hawkfish is a rare specimen related to Arc-Eye Hawkfish, it has a yellow robust body with faint thin lateral white lines running through its interior portion. A light grayish accent is found behind both eyes.
The Golden Hawkfish is a hardy robust hawkfish that will stand out in any aquarium setting. Possibly reef worthy with the misfortune of smaller tankmates disappearing. Keep one per tank with plenty of live rock and thick sandy substrate.
Most hawkfish will eat a variety of frozen meaty foods. Try to train your hawkish to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellets for a healthy diet.
