The Two Spot Hogfish or Yellow Candy Hogfish is mainly all yellow with muted pink and red horizontal lines down its slender body. It has a unique black dot above its gill and one on its tail.
The Two Spot Hogfish is a good candidate for a reef tank. It is a smaller hogfish but yet still aggressive toward smaller or weaker tank mates. Best to house with tank mates that can fend for themselves. One or more can be added in larger tanks if introduced simultaneously. May eat smaller invertebrates.
