Description
The Banner Wrasse or Half and Half Wrasse has a grayish-silver head and a black posterior with a golden tail fin.
In the wild the Banner Wrasse is a solitary fish that will graze the substrate and rocks searching for any hard shell invertebrates they may find. The Banner Wrasse are difficult to feed in the home aquarium and may require live feeder shrimp to initiate feeding. Keep only one Banner Wrasse per tank with peaceful tank mates and have lots of good shelter areas and thick sandy substrate. Will eat smaller most small invertebrates in the tank.
