The Formosa Wrasse or Queen Coris has an amazing transformation of color. Juveniles have an orange body with sparse white banding across the body. Adults will have a bluish green body with black dots and white or blue streaks across their face.
The Formosa Wrasse is a durable wrasse and will adapt well in most all aquarium environments; adults will flip over rock and coral and are not recommended for a reef tank. Have plenty of live rock and lots of good shelter area with thick sandy substrate. Will eat many forms of invertebrates.
The wrasse will consume a wide variety of foods. Feed vitamin enriched frozen and dry foods. Train your wrasse to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellet Food for a healthy diet.
