Hawkfish
The Hawkfish is a durable specimen and stays rather small in size. They are generally found in the Indo-Pacific and from the Family Cirrhitidae, with three genera and several species. They spend their time lying on the substrate or perching on live rock. They do fine in smaller aquariums with fish larger than themselves. Best to keep only one per tank unless housed in a larger aquarium and done simultaneously, but you will need to watch for signs of aggression. Due to their aggressive nature they are capable of eating smaller fish and invertebrates.
